The walk pack collection will be held on November 9-11, 2018 at Suntec City North Atrium.

You may appoint a representative to pick your Walk Pack on your behalf.

For those who are unable to personally collect their Walk Pack, please download the Letter of Authorisation Form. Your representative must present a complete and signed Letter of Authorisation, a copy of your confirmation slip and a photocopy of your Identity Card (e.g., NRIC) or passport in order to pick up your Walk Pack. If you are a minor registrant (anyone below the age of 18), your representative must also submit your valid signed parental guidance form.

The registration will end on November 7 or capacity is filled, whichever is earlier.

You will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration and payment.

There will be no refunds once registration is processed.

No, registration is strictly not transferable. For the safety reasons, it strictly not permitted to participate in the walk wearing someone’s bib.

Participants of all ages are welcomed at The New Paper Big Walk. All participants aged 4 and above must register and wear a walking bib.

Yes. Just drop us an email at with the changes you wish to make. Please note that size selection of the walking tee made during registration is final. No size changes can be made once registration is completed.


The walk will flag off at 7.30am. All participants are advised to arrive 30 min prior to the flag-off time.

There will be no baggage deposit available. Walkers are advised to travel light. 

Participants are advised to travel by public transport where possible.

The Organiser reserves the right to delay the commencement of the walk in the event of inclement weather. Should the inclement weather persist after the delay, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the walk in the Organiser’s sole discretion without further obligation and without any refund.

Bicycles, in-line skates, shoes with built-in or attached rollers and personal mobility devices are not allowed on the route or walking course other than strollers, official Walk and medical vehicles.

Pets are welcome, but keep them on a short leash. Also, please clean up after them.

Yes, as all walkers must wear the assigned walking bib. Only registered walkers wearing assigned BIB numbers will be allowed on the walk course.

First Aid stations can be found along the walk route as well as at the Start and Finish Line. You may also alert Route Marshals or patrolling Paramedics to your aid.

There will be one hydration station available along the route.
